    This 1/6 plate daguerreotype is of a pretty young lady, nicely dressed and wearing a brooch at her collar. Her skin tones are very lightly tinted. The image retains old paper seals that may be original. There are no wipe marks. There is tarnish to the perimeter, and the image is in a half case.
