This is a vintage 1915 - 1916 General Hardware Catalog No. 200 Shapleigh Hardware Co. DE Trade Mark Diamond Edge - St. Louis, USA.  The DE slogan is on the front also "Diamond Edge Is A Quality Pledge"  Shapleigh Hardware Co. Established 1843.  The back has the same design and wording.  Long edges have word Diamond Edge and the spline edge has word Shapleigh.  It measures 14" long x 9 3/4" tall and is 2" thick.  Inside is also in very nice condition with a few colored pages and an index.  Inside is a two page letter from Shapleigh "To The Trade" stating compliment catalog.  It has 1,795 numbered pages and covers so much.  There are axes, hammers, tools of all kinds, anvils, saws, wrenches, garden tools, hardware for doors, etc., locks, traps, scales, heaters, Dazey churns, houseware enameled ware, saddles, lap robes, lots of pocket knives, lots of guns both pistols and long guns, clocks, cartridges, parts for rifles and pistols, cast iron trains, fishing equipment, sporting goods, spark plugs, sewing machines, lamps, steel tube beds, showcases, etc.  It is just full of stuff many brands other than Diamond Edge.  Pages are very nice and legible.  Buyer to pay s/h calculated via media mail US post office.  NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING.
