    Western Facility 1987 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the face of a Third Charter National Bank Note from Fort Worth, Texas.  The card was issued to commemorate the dedication of the Western Currency Production Facility in Fort Worth and bears the facsimile signatures of James A. Baker III (Secretary of the Treasury), Katherine Davalos Ortega (Treasurer of the United States) and Robert J. Leuver (Director, Bureau of Engraving and Printing).
