    SCCS # B-136:
    CSNS 1990 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the unfinished face of a proposed Series 1897 Silver Certificate.  The allegorical vignette titled "History Instructing Youth" was designed by noted illustrator Will H. Low and engraved by Charles Schlecht.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, April 6, 1990, with a BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
