    Florida United Numismatists (FUN) 1994 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the unfinished face design of a proposed Series 1923 Federal Reserve Note.  The portrait of President Grover Cleveland was engraved by G. F. C. Smillie.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, January 6, 1994, with a pictorial BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
