I Have For Sale A Lot Of 1 Aktienbrauerei Kaufreuren Clear Glass Seidel Beer Mug. This offering is for 1 mug I have 2 mugs to sell. This is a rare mug from this brewery. An old British tradition this mug once popular for it's grenade like appearance disappeared in the early 2000's and has been making a comeback lately. This mug was made by the German glass maker Rastal. On the front you have Aktien Pils with the breweries logo above, see my pictures. It is 6 1/2 inches tall, has a 3 1/8 inch opening at the top and holds 0.5L or 16.91 fluid ounces when filled to the fill line. Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren is the oldest brewery in Swabia, Germany the first written record about it dates back to 1308. It's legal form is a joint stock company with shares traded at Borse Munchen. Aktienbrauerei means literally "Share Brewery" which means it is owned by it's shareholders. Aktien Brewery has won several international beer competitions since the late 1800's.
