This is a very RARE paper calendar from 1955 advertising the "Ditto" Food Market in New Hampton, Iowa, where quality and values are repeated every day. I have researched the internet and cannot find anything about this market. I did find there was one located in Decorah, Iowa, also. In 1955, catsup was 15 cents per bottle, coffee 79 cents a two pound can, an 8 pound bag of oranges was 59 cents, and three pounds of skinless franks was . The calendar has several areas of wear and tear, but I do not believe this can be replaced.
