gorgeous ship's wheel in solid bronze.  This 27" 33 lb piece of maritime history was probably off a coastal schooner which dotted the New England coast back around the turn of the century. The two features that jumped out at us were the amazing patina and the placement of a functional hole near the axle of the wheel that is just perfect for securely mounting this treasure on a restaurant or collector's wall.
