Vintage Gallo 7360 Pewter 1983 Wizard w Crystal Ball Staff Dagger Key on Belt

Here is a wizard figure by Gallo, 1983.  He measures 3 3/4" tall.  Marked Gallo '83 with the number 7360.  I think there is the artist signature as well, but I can't make it out exactly.  Shown in next to last pic. Holds his staff in one hand and his crystal ball in the other.  Lots of tools on his belt.  Look Closely!   I see a dagger, a skeleton key, some type of bags.
