Jahidul Islam Bhuiyan appointed Biman MD

Mohammad Jahidul Islam Bhuiyan, additional secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office, has been appointed as the new managing director (MD) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited.
A notification regarding the appointment was issued today by the Ministry of Public Administration.
Earlier on May 21, Shafiul Azim, incumbent MD of Biman, was appointed as the secretary of Election Commission.
